Colour Services
All colour services are priced ‘from’ and may vary depending on the amount of product used. We use a professional colour management system to accurately measure product, ensuring fair and consistent pricing tailored to your hair.
Allergy Alert Testing
If you’re new to the salon or haven’t visited us within the last 6 months, for your safety and well-being you will be required to have a complimentary skin test at least 48 hours before any upcoming colour appointment. This is to ensure you do not have an allergic reaction to our colour products.
Cancellations & Deposits
We require that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice in the event of you needing to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Late cancellations will be subject to 50% of the total booking price if within 24 hours of your appointment and 100% within 8 hours or for no-shows. Appointments at Studio 10 cannot be confirmed without providing payment card details. You will not be charged anything before the appointment unless otherwise stated. A 50% deposit will be requested for all large colour appointments which will be deducted from your final bill at your appointment.
